Shipping Policy
• All orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe provided at checkout (varies based on orders and items requested).
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once your package has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
• All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care.
• I will remake an item if it was damaged or defective upon arrival (must submit claim within 24 hours along with pictures).

Ordering Process
The order will be processed via email tstouch252@gmail.com or website. The customer must include the details of the order (shirt, keychain, decal, color, size, date needed, etc..). I will try to reply within 24 hours definitely by 48 hours. If we can agree with the terms/order form an invoice will be sent. The customer must remit FULL payment for the product.
