If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to info@tstouch252.com and contact us at 252-679-7155 within 24 hours of your order. If your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer an option. Please refer to the return policy.



If for any reason you are not satisifed with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of the receipt date so we can proceed to take steps to satisfy you. Excellent customer service is our priority.

At T's Touch, we strive to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible, however we are humans and make mistakes. We will resend an item if it was missing, damaged or defective upon arrival. The customer shall submit a claim with pictures included within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. Please provide the detail information within the body of the message (State what you should have versus what you received, name of the employee listed on the receipt/time and order number).
